In spite of killing 25 children in a swipe, It lost the T-20 of Publicity in the first over to The Swine flu.

26/11s, similarly, we are ignorant about many far serious and fatal Unbranded threats.
The viruses propagating thru "The West smelling" in'Flu'encial society become instant celebrities.
No concern is shown at Grass Roots for easily avoidable 'Cesarean Deaths' birthed from untreated treatable ailments, road accidents, farmer suicides and simple domestic fatalities by any TRP infected media.
In Marathi, there is one proverb, : 'Roj mare tyala kon rade.'
Meaning, no sorrows for every day deaths.
Another says 'Samartha Gharache Shwan Nokara pexa shrimant.'
Means, Dogs of affluent society are highly well off as compared with their poor human servants.
Similarly, Swine of Metros is important than Encephalitis in the Rural India..

The Good And Bad things about Total Solar Eclipses.

The Good > Those are just not unpredictable, (Just opposite of Weather)

The Bad > They don't occur so frequently to say "Enough!" in our life time.!!

The Lunar Eclipse > The Joy of Meditation

Following the Solar Eclipse on the 22nd July, theres going to be a Lunar Eclipse on 5th Aug, the Full Moon nite.
Moon will get swallowed by Earth's Thin (Penumbra)Shadow.
Thats too difficult to notice.
The sequence of Eclipses has got a Cycle of about 18 years known as 'Saros'.
During the Lunar Eclipse the moon appears pinkish black.
The pink tone is because of the Earths Atmosphere, which allow only red frequencies of the Sunlight to pass thru, the same reason why we see the Sun Red during Sunrise and Sunset.
Observing the Lunar Eclipse thru a Telescope gives excellent opportunity to watch the Lunar geography with rapid changes of brightness.
Vdo recording can be very exciting to watch .

The Solar Eclipse Shadowbands : Combined effect of Gravity of the Matters in Ambiance of Path of Sun Light.

While returning from Bhudhani, Narmada Ghat, MP, with VDO recording of the ground effect of the Total Solar Eclipse on 22 nd July, we were stranded betn two overflowing streams in the Satpuda Forest betn Itarasi and Baitul.
In the heavy rains, a kind hearted forest guard sheltered us in an only but empty concrete structure having no facilities.
We were told, to treat the whole forest spread for hundreds of square kilometers as our attached Toilet and the water overflowing thru 3 terrace drain pipes as perennial Wash Basins without taps n valves.
While I took my turn to avail the most lavish and green toilet of Central India, I held an empty soft drink pet bottle under the single line waterfall of the terrace drain. Because of the strong wind turbulence, it was flickering here and there and in order to keep the bottle mouth aligned with the dancing water line, my body language was translated to the mother toung of a Tunn Drunkard trying to balance him self while filling under a steady flow.
What startled me was, the effect of the force of invisible Air shaking much more tangible, the Water line.
Water is 1000 times heavier than Air.(Sp gravity of Air 1.163 Kg/m cube @ 30 deg. Cent.).
Next thot was, how the water might be affecting air while raining from clouds many kilometers above ?
Next thot was, flow of light considered to be absolute form of Energy, could it also get affected by the Ambiant matter?
The ambiant matter may be air, we can see the effect as Mirage, Scintillation, irradiance etc.
When ambiance is Water, we see reflections, shadow patterns at bottom of a pool . When it comes to Solid Ambiance, there are two categories, Transparent and Opaque. When light passes thru transparent bodies, those make light move towards centre of the Mass.
Recall, light bends towards the Base (not Apex) of a Prism, a convex lens collects light in alignment with the Thick most part at the centre, while a Concave Lens stretches light to periphery , where mass goes on increasing.
We call this as Refraction.
While light stumbles up on an opaque body, it gets mostly absorbed, partially reflected and also gets bent at the edges.
We call this bending as Diffraction.
So, light and gravity have an undoubtedly solid relation, which is misunderstood by getting isolatedly seen as Refraction, Diffraction , Reflection and Absorption.

I am fully convinced that all these are Effects of Gravity of the Ambiance on the Light. So, the Gravity of the Moon, in due proportions, must affect the Sun Light.

As there is no atmosphere on the moon, the effect is purely gravitational. During Total Solar Eclipses, this Ambient Gravity of Moon produce Shadow Bands which get amplified or dampened when the light encounters the Ambiance of the 11 km. thick Thermo Hydro Turbulent Atmosphere.
The effect of Moons Gravity on Sun light deserves focused and determined study.

Solar Surface Throbs.

The Surface of the Sun is a Great mystery. Many 'Rocking' phenomenons happen there. Those include Sunspots, Solar Flares, Prominences, Coronal Mass Ejections and Magnetic Storms. The phenomenons are caused by boiling physics of the Suns interiors . Also the gravity of the Sun attracts large number of stray objects roaming in the vicinity. When these objects hit the Sun, depending on their Momentum, some ripples are bound to be generated. The brightness of the Sun makes it very difficult or almost impossible to record such crashes. Maharashtra Govt. is introducing Biometric attendance record keeping.
The intentions appear fair.
Physical presence will be recorded more accurately.
The system must be augmented with instant messaging to every one that's going to be affected by the person leaving his chair.
Sms with specific and accurate instructions to the client about the delay caused and when is his appointment rescheduled shall be immediately sent.
Incase of Courts, the Judge, the Babus, the Advocates, the applicants, the respondents must mandetorily inform every one else about any change in the designed schedule caused by them.
Where ever possible, the SMS must be sent well in advance to save hardships and waste of time to others.
But systems are made to cause trouble to each other.
There is always a clash of Greeds.
Integrity of Human beings seldom wins over the stronger Greeds.
So, procurement of the Hard wear of Biometric system would prove to be just another 'Bahana' to earn for the Hardware vendors and Admin nexus. Honesty, Sincerity and attitude to Care for every one need no equipments. This Biometric system may create Reputation but can never create and build the Character of the System.

The 10 second time slot for Prime Time Ads are tagged at 3.5 Lakh Rs. !
The Channels, Media and the Advertisers follow a Superstition that Ads boost the sales.
It gives the Channels the Golden Egg.
The Advertiser pays for fear of Competition. Just as people used to Sacrify Goats to keep away from bad future, the Advertisers sacrify their Funds merely under superstition that it will keep them floating.
They simply fail to sense the Remotes of the TV.
The projected scenario of India is as under.
In 2010, there will be 700 Channels.
Per hour 20 min. ads for 24 hrs. Generation of 700*20*24 = 336000 minutes.
Time slots of 10 sec. = 6 slts per mnt.That means, 201600 slots.
Let us assume Avg. Tag to be Rs.1,00,000 per slot.
Thats Rs. 2,01,600,000,000 !
Thats Rs. 2 Kharabs ! < 1 Kharab = 100 Abjas. 1 Abj= 100 Crores>
Wonder, from whom that will be collected ?
Its u and me, with out our knowledge and consent, the money will be dacoited under marketing anesthesia, they will suck us like leches , painlessly but definately.

Want to avoid this ?
If Govt. restricts the Transmissions for 2 hours per day, the hole to our pocket will be just 10% of 2 Kharabs, means, merely 20 Abj Rs.

Only Q remaining is Who can do it ? Only Sonia and Rahul can do it.
Will they Ever do it ?

Judgements and Opinions.

The justice delivery system needs one simple commitment.
The Commitment by the Judge.

The commitment to Execute the judgement given by himself .

That means Judge who gives a Judgement to hang a criminal, should be given authority and responsibility to hang the convict by pulling the lever with his own hands within 1 hour of the judgement.

What Courts are delivering currently are mere Opinions.

So, judgements of all courts and laws are no less meaningless than 'letters to the Editor', which can make no difference what soever.

The literacy, education and ethics are all on the ventilators because of this void at the core of judicial rotten nonsense.
